Netherhayes is a large 3-storey house situated in the main shopping area of Seaton. The accommodation consists of the original house with fourteen single rooms and one double room, several with en-suite facilities. All the rooms have been redecorated and re-furbished, TV points, vanity units installed and a nurse call point serves each room.

The single storey extension wing, completed in November 1996 has twelve single ground floor bedrooms all with en suites facilities, TV points and nurse call points. All rooms either face the golf course or the enclosed garden. The new wing also has a large dining room/sitting room, a new laundry, one assisted bathroom (with Arjo Spa Bath) and one assisted shower room, both with assisted WC’s.
