Our Staff.

The Manager, Shirley Fitter at Netherhayes Care Home has worked with us since 1996 and brings with her more than 15 years’ experience of working in the care sector. Along with her team of supervisors, seniors, care assistants and domestic staff, she is dedicated to providing round the clock care for the individual and respecting their privacy, independence and dignity.

Shirley obtained the necessary NVQ (National Vocational Qualifications) detailed as follows:

•     NVQ4 – RMA (Registered Managers Award)
