Religion:
Religious services are available to residents with monthly communion.
Spiritual and Religious beliefs are respected. These beliefs would be discussed and documented on holistic care plan. Whatever religion a resident may have, their local church or place of worship will be contacted and arrangements made for them to worship either in-house or by attending in person.
Fees:
The fees are dependent on the level of care required but include all meals, care accommodation and personal laundry. Netherhayes Care Home provides 24 hour staff cover.
Resident’s Sundry Items:
Residents are invoiced at cost for newspapers, magazines and any personal luxuries and the services of the hairdresser and chiropodist. The home offers the use of a mobile phone for incoming calls so that residents can receive these in the privacy of their rooms. Should a resident wish to have his or her own direct line in their room then this can be arranged.
Insurance:
The home displays the required insurance certificate in the entrance hallway for inspection and is in excess of basic requirements.
